It is your responsibility to make sure that all information is on the order, not via chat. If we have questions we will reach out but we will not be responsible if you do not give the correct info and it is printed as such.
PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES VIA THE WEBSITE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
If you are wanting us to gang your images on a sheet, there is a $5-$15 charge. You will see there is a listing for it. If you send images that you want ganged but haven't paid for the fee your order will be cancelled and you will need to re-order. If you gang yourself, there is no fee.
Please make sure that all information is correct and that you have uploaded an image with a transparent background that is good quality (at least 300 DPI). Your image must be in PNG or SVG format
We will not print screen shots and we will not print images from dump groups.
If you want an image that we do not have you must supply it. It needs to be the design itself, not a shirt with a design on it for example.
You must size your gang sheets and images as per the sizing we have listed.
While we are committed and excited to help your business grow please know that this is also our livelihood and to take the time to make sure all info is correct so that we can help each other succeed.

DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGES/GANG SHEETS. If you send your customs mirrored and it is printed that way it is your responsibility to pay for a new image and/or gang.
Please consider downloading programs such as Cameo Studio, AI, Photoshop, etc to help you gang your images.
If you need a custom image designed then please send us a message and we can refer you to a talented designer to help you.
PLEASE NOTE TAT DOES NOT START UNTIL YOU SUBMIT YOUR READY TO PRINT DESIGNS/GANGS. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHASE YOU DOWN FOR IT 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER WAS SUBMITTED.
If we have to chase you down or you if you submit after the calendar day has changed since placing that order TAT starts from time of design submission, not order being placed.
